floatworks rebrand and vauxhall branch relaunch

In 2019 summer, new Angel branch opened and Floatworks unveil the new identity. The new Floatworks symbol was created using principles of sacred geomety and ratios extracted from nature known as the golden ratio. I was responsible for the rebrand project management.

In 2019 autumn, Floatworks Vauxhall branch reopen after refurbishment. We want to create a friendly community among customers so we decided to launch the series of the float story of a professional poker player campaign and more float stories to other work professionals. We did acquisition touch point and segmentation analysis and after the campaign to prepare A/B test for the later advertising campaign.


Black Friday and Christmas sales PPC campaign

In 2019 Q4, I was responsible for both paid and brand social media campaign development. It required me to plan and control the media spending across various social media platforms, to drive subscription sales and brand acquisition within the UK.

I developed an A/B testing framework for the company and guide the media agency for a better strategy.

I was also responsible for reporting to the management team on a monthly basis, to provide important insight and suggest a better advertising strategy. The reports are backed up by CPC, customer retention, conversion rate and ROI .

Some key achievements I am most proud of include helping to drive 100% sales growth on Black Friday and Christmas campaign in 2019. I was managing high volume projects with the internal distribution team and external creative team on promotion, sales and brand awareness.

Before Covid, we did few marketing survey to ask about how customers perceive Floatworks’ brand value and messaging. We received 2k response and most of the customers would like to connect Floatworks with email and newsletter, so we started Floatwords to keep the members and customers engaged.
